Achim Mustroph

Achim Mustroph is a 37-year-old Head of Quality Assurance at 3m5, where he has been shaping the company's testing culture since 2018. With roots in software testing going back to 2011, he brings over a decade of hands-on experience to the field. As an ISTQB-certified tester, he takes a structured, methodology-driven approach to both functional and non-functional testing across desktop and mobile platforms. Beyond ensuring that software works as intended, Achim is particularly passionate about making it work for everyone. He is a core member of 3m5's internal accessibility team, a dedicated group that advises developers and project managers on QA strategy and the accessibility testing of websites against WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 standards. In this role, he bridges the gap between technical quality assurance and inclusive design — helping teams not only catch bugs, but build digital products that are genuinely usable for people of all abilities.
