Code Is Never Neutral

Every line of code, every default setting, every configuration choice defines who the digital world works for, and who it leaves out.
Products that raise these questions sooner are more resilient, foster innovation, reach larger audiences and earn more trust from their users. This session is for developers and platform leads who want to go beyond building what they’re asked to build. We’ll examine where digital bias really enters in at the technical layer, why inclusion is the responsibility of those closest to the code, and what that looks like in practice.
